The Crown is a great place to explore this picturesque part of Oxfordshire. There are a variety of attractions and activities on offer and easily reached including The Thames Path, Henley River and Rowing Museum and Sonning Herb Farm with Saxon Maze.

Within a few minutes drive there are 5 excellent golf courses: Henley, Caversham Heath, Badgemore, Mapledurham and Reading.
Perhaps one of most interesting places to visit is the pretty town of Henley-on-Thames. Though well known for the royal regatta in July, Henley is worth a visit at any time of year with its narrow streets, boutique shops and the attractive riverside area.
