Torres Celeste Crianza, Ribera del Duero, Spain 2004/5. Spicy Intense nose with liquorice and black pepper notes
on a base of ripe blackberry and cherry fruit. The palate is concentrated and echoes the nose with plenty of ripe fruit, spice
complexity and a full-bodied long finish. £28.00
Vidal Syrah, Hawke’s Bay, NZ 2007. Exceptionally rich and concentrated Syrah with a strong bouquet of warm vanilla and
powerful fruit tannins on the palate. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. £28.00

Bordeaux blend featuring ripe cherry & black currant with chocolate undertones. The landlord’s favourite!!! £36.00

Chateauneuf-du-pape, Preference, Cave St Pierre, France 2005/6. An excellent example of this famous southern Rhone

this vintage. £38.00
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Le Origini, Bolla Italy 2005. Bolla winery has been the first to market Amarone
way back in 1953. This superb wine is made from the best selection of Corvina and Corvinone grapes. After harvest, the grapes
are dried on racks for 6 months before being pressed, fermented and aged in oak barrels for 21 months before they reach an
incredibly rich and smooth state with the ability to mature in the bottle for many years. An extraordinary experience! £65.00
